The newly formed 31st House District encompasses Macon in Lenawee County, Augusta Township, part of York Township, as well as Milan, all in Washtenaw County. In Wayne County, the district includes Belleville, Van Buren Township, Sumpter Township, and a part of the city of Romulus. The new district then dips South into Monroe County, picking up Milan, London, Exeter, Dundee, and Raisinville Townships.
